BE IT ORDAINED BY ~ CI~f COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~
FLORIDA, AS ~OLLO~g~:
SECTION 1. ~ne fol!owmng parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:

thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit

(Zone D).

of this ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase
or sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared in-
