~ENDING ORDINANCE #~.05, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT Y~REWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY ~ CI~7 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON ~ACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section !. The following parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
TRACT _. L=-a___~l_D~scrlptlon: A parcel of land
400' wide and app~Y-17%3o02' long loca±ed in
Acreage Sections i6, 20 and 21, Township 45 South,
Range 43 Eas~, Boynton Beach, Florida, said parcel being
bo~aded on the east by Seaboard Airline Railroad Right-of
Way; on the south by the Boynton Canal Righ~-of-~ay; on
the north by a line 1743.02' north of and parallel to
±he Right-of-Way of Boynton Canal; on the west by a line
~0O' west of and parallel to ~he Right-of-tray of Seaboard
Airline ~ailroad, to be re-zoned "INDUSTRIAL" (Zone
SECTION 2. Se__parability: Each of the provisions of
~his ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof be declared invalid, the
remaining portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in full
force and effect:~
