AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITT OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ~NDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
~ECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 208.53 feet S. of 1/2 Sec. line
of Section S3-45-43 On E. boundary of Dixie Highway 208.53'
to concrete monument; thence Easterly 850.37' to concrete
monument on West bank of Intracoastal Canal; thence Southerly
meandering bank of canal 179.12' more or less to concrete
monument on West bank of Canal; thence W 844.86' more or less
to concrete monument on E. boundary of Dixie Highway; thence
N. 178.53' to point of beginning, being parcel in NE 1/4 of
,SE l~4~of Section 33-45-45 and parcel in NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of
Section 34-45-43, containing $.46 acres; Less the West 150'
thereof, to be re-zoned for ~TI~ DWELLING (Zone D-l).
SEC~zO~L2. Separahili.ty: Each of the provisions
this ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase
or sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalJ
the remaining portion shall mot he effected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provis~ions: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
