Mayor Broening called the. meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. ~
City Attorney Cherof advised that this Special Commission meeting would recess in order to go
into two separate closed-door sessions in the Conference Room. The sessions would be to
discuss the following:

· Smith & Company, :[nc. vs. City of Boynton Beach - Case No. 01-07086 AN
There being no further business, the meeting properly adjourned at 3:0! p.m.
