AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON ~EACH,
FLORIDA, ANENDING ORDINANCE #205, HEPE~NG
AL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF 0 DINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall he re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
Lots 127 and 128, RIDGEWOOD HILLS, a subdivision
of the Cit~ of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in a~nd for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in
Plat Book 23, page 250, to be re-zoned."CO~IERCIAL" (Zone D)
subject to the following set back rec~ulrements: 25 feet '
along the South side of subject parcel, 6 feet along the
North and ~es± sides of subject parcel and 15 feet along
the East side of subject parcel.
SECTION 2. ~eparability_:_ Each of the provisions of
this ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remainiRg portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 8. _Repealln9' Provisions.. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
