AN ORDINANCE OF TNE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ANENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDIN~CES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT BERE-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C~TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS~'
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall he re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
TRACT 1: .....Legal Description: Lots 1, 2, S, 4 and 5,
Block 6, CENTRAL .PARK ANNEX, an addition to the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book 12, page 51, to be re-zOned "LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL".
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance are separable including~,word, clause, phrase or
sentence, aad if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected, hut shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
