AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID~.CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAI~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OPiiiTHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
TRACT 1:- .Legal Description: Lots 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and
35, CENTRAE'.PARK, an a~.ddition to the City of Boynton
Beach, Florzda, accordzng to the Plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book
12, page 12, to be re-zoned "CONNERCIAL" (ZOne D).
SECTION 2. ~Separability: Each of the provisions of ~is
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or sentenc~
smd if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remain.
lng portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 8: Repealing Provzszons. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
