AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BE~A~, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE #20§ OF .SAID CITY, REPEALING .ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT ~REWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED~BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned amd/or
zoned as follows:
TRA.CT.i: Legal Description: Lot 2, LAUREL HILLS, an
addztmo~ to the City of .Boyn.ton Beach,~ Florida, according
to the Plat thereof on fmle mn the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in amd for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 21 page 88, to be re-zoned
"CON~ERCIAL" (Zone D). 'Subject to the following set
back restrict, nons. .~feet along the South and West
sides of sub3ect pro~-~, and $ feet along the
North and East sides of subject 'pr0p~rty.
SECTION 2. S. eparab.ility: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word· clause· phrase or semtenc
and if amy provision hereof shall be declared i~a.tic~ the remain-
ing portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 3. Repeal_lng Provisions: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
