AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON ~EACH, FLORIDA,
ANENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS, FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.

The following parcel shall be re-zoned e_nd/or
TP~CT 1: Legal Description: The East $0 feet of the
West~252.5 f~et of Lot~7, LANEHART'S SUBDIVISION of the
South half (S½) of the Northeast Quarter. (NE~) of
Section 21, Township 45 ~outh, Range 43 East,, according
to the Pla% thereof on fmle in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 10, page 89, tom be re-zoned
FOR NULTIPLE DWEI~INGS AND APARTNENTS" (Zone D-l) .
SECTION 2: .Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, amd if any provision hereof shall be declared inval~id
the remaining portion shall not be affected, but shall remain
in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
