ORDINANCES OR PARTS oF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE'~ITH.

PLO~D&, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. 'The following parcel shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as fellows:
TRACT 1: Legal Descri~otion: Lots 1- 2, S, 4 ?n.d $,
B10'ck 71, ~VEELY"HILL~ ADDITION NO. 'S, an~. ad.dztzon
to the City of Boynton Beach, Plorida~ according to
the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 13 page 64 to be re-zoned
"CONN~RCIAL" (Zone D ). ' '
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this ordinance are separable including word~ clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealinq Provisions: ~11 ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
