~ENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP~"BOYNTON ~ACH,
FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION ~: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
;oned as follows:
TRACT 1. Legai Description: Lot 9, SAN BROWN JR.
SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to the plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida, in Plat
re~zon, ed "CO~RCIAL". (D), B°~~ '~t-°~e-
SECTION 2: Separability_: Each of the provisions of this
~rdinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remain-
ing portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in full force
aRd effect.
SECTION 8: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts
)f ordinaRces in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
