AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMEND~G ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
zoned as follows:
The following parcel shall he re-zoned and/or
TRACT 1: _ Legal e scrzptlon. Lot 1, ~iS~L PAR~, and
Lot 12, less the North 20 feet, DE~L PARK. a sub-
division of Boynton Beach, Florida, accordi~g to the
plat thereof~ on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, in Plat Book 2~., page 23~,, to be re-~zoned
"CON~RCIAL"_ (D)~ sub3ect to 25 building line set-
backs along the South arid West sides -*CONTINUED BELOW
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remain-
ing portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in full force
and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisi.ons: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
