AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
~NDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
TRACT L: LeGal Description., Lo s 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Block 4, ORI~INAL TOW~OF BOYNTON, according to the
plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for Palm-Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book !, page 23, to be re-zoned "MULTIPLE
DWELLING". (D- 1 ). ~
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including, word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repea~linU Provisions: All ordinance~ or parts
or ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
