FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS :-
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned
and/or zoned as follows:
TRACT 1: Legal descriptioR - All of L~t 1,
EXCEPT that portion thereof described and
referred to in Final 3udg~ent entered in
Common Law case No. 11,015 etc.: also Lots 2
to 15, both inclusive, amd Lots 16 to 2§, both

to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22,
page 80. Unimproved. Address - N.W. 18th
Ave. between NW 4th Street and NW 5th Street,

SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisiems of
this erdimance are separable including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if amy provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be effected, but shall remain in
full force amd effect.
