AN ORDINANCE OF THE CiTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE #~2Q5 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAik~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned and/or zoned
as follows:
TRACT 1: LOTS 17, 18 and 20 of Block "E", Hathaway Park,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, to be
re-zoned "LIGHT I~USTRIAL". (Zone "H")
SECTION 2: Separabilit~i Each of the provisions of this ordinanc
are separable including word, c~ause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision
roof shall be dec~laged invalid, the remaining portion shall not be effected
but shall remain ~n full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
