BE IT ORDAI~krED BY THE CITY COLR~ICIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: The following parcel shall be zoned as follows:
TRACT 1:
All of Lots 196, 197, 198 and 199 of CHERRY
HILLS, a subdivision of Boynton Beach, Florida,
as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 48, Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. To be
re-zoned for Church purposes, zone "G".
SECTION 2:
Eeoeal.i~mm Prov_i Sions:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
