ING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY ASS) CREATING
NEW ZONING; REPEl_LING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: The following parcels shall be zoned as follows:
TRACT 1~:
That Dart of Lot 19, Sam Brown Jr,s Subdivision
lying-in Section 15, Township 45S, Range 43E, ex-
cept the west 100 feet thereof; Lot 19 Sam Brown
Jr's Subdivision being a subdivision of Govern-
ment Lot 3 and W~ of S~ in S~ction 15, Township
458, Range 43E, ~nd of the SE~ of the SE~ in Sec~
tion 16, Township 45S, Range $3E, situated in
Boynton Beach, Florida, as in Plat Book l, Page
81, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
To be zoned light industry.
TRACT 2: Lot i and Tract A, Boynton Isles Subdivision. To
be zoned multiple dwelling.
SECTION 2: Re.oealin~ Provisions:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
