BE IT ORDAINED BY TR~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
B~CH, FLORIDA:
SECTION !. It shall be unlawful for any person to be
or become drunk from the voluntary use of intoxicating
liquors or drugs on. any public street or other oublic
place or in a:ay ~o!ic dance hall, club dance, place of
business open to public patronage, or in any place open
to public view; and upon conviction shall be fined not
more than ~25o00 or by imprisonment in the City Jail
for not more than thirty (30) days~
SECTION 2. ~~~Yi.:~ou_~ ~: All ordinances or
Darts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re-
pealed.
