BE IT 0RDAIMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION i:
That Subsection D (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (6),
of Section 24-14 of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby repealed and
declared null and void and of no effect.
SECTION 2:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
