AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, RE-
ZONING AND CREATING NEW ZONING; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, i~ND PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned, as follows:
TRACT 1: Lots 3, 4 and 5~ Block 1, Central Park Annex to be zoned for Light
Industry. ~*
TRACT 2:
The ~Vesf 295 feet of the south 312.10 feet of the North 785.16 feet
of Governrzient Lot 2, Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
lying east of State Road No. 5 ( U. S. Highway #1) to be zoned
Commercial.~/t
TRACT 3: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Central Park Annex, to be zoned Light
Industrial. f~
SECTION 2.
Separability:
Each of the provisions of this ordinance are sep.arable including
word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provisions shall be
declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be effected but
shall remain in force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: Alt ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
