AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY; REPEALING Ar.l,
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORIIINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH A~N-D PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:

The following parcels shall be re-zoned as follows:
A parcel of land in Section 28, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County~ Florida,
described as follows:
Beginning 162.9 feet south of the Northeast corner
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 run south 335.8 feet,
west 410. 2 feet, North 335.8 feet, then east to
the point of beginning, LESS the right of way of r
Dixie Highway. To be zoned Commercial.
A parcel of land in Section 28, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
described as follows:
Beginning 80 feet south of the Northeast corner
of the NE 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4, running south 82.9
feet, west 410.2 feet, north 82.9 feet and east
to the point of beginning. To be zoned Commercial.
A parcel of land in Section 28, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
described as follows:
Beginning at Northeast corner of the NE 1/4 of
SE 1/4, running south 80 feet, west 410.2 feet,
North 80 feet, East 410.2 Ieet to point of beginning.
To be zoned Commercial.
SECTION 2: Separability.~ Each of the provisions of this ordinance are
separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision
shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be effected but shall
remain in force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
