AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
CREATING STATUTORY SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Beginning with all payments made to all
policemen including Chief of Police for compensation, there is
included in said compensation the sum of Five ($5.00) Dollars
per day for each work day which shall be designated as such and
shall-constitute a stalutory subsistence allowance.
SECTION 2: The purpose of this ordinance is to give
policemen employed by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, the tax
benefits provided for by Section 120 of the 1954 Internal Revenue
Code.
SECTION 3: Such statutory subsistence allowance shall
continue until this ordinance is repealed.
