AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205' OF SAID CITY, REZONING
AND CREATING NEW ZONING; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH, AND PROWiDING FOR A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The following parcels shall be re-zoned, and/or zoned as follows':
TRACT 1: Ail of the subdivision of PINE RIDdlE to be znned for 1,000 square
feet single family residences. ~
TRACT 2:
Thai part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of lhe SW 1/4 of Section
33, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, lying west of Seacrest
Boulevard, to he zoned Zone G. ~/
TRACT 3: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block l-A, LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES, to
be zoned Commercial. ~
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance are
separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision
shall be declared invalid, lhe remaining portion shall not be effected but
shall remain in force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or paris of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
