O#308AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
as follows:
The following parcels shall be re-zoned and or zoned,
TRACT 1:
The South HaLf of that certain tract of land in Palm Beach County,
Florida, described as follows: Beginning at a point 335.8 feet
south of the East Quarter corner of Sectinn 28, Township 45 South,
Range 43 East, and on the East line of said section; thence run-
southward 325.8 feet along the East line of said Section 28; thence
westward 410.2 feet on a line making an angle of 89 degrees,
7 minutes from North to West with the East line of Section 28;
thence northward 325.8 feet; thence eastward 410.2 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 3 acres more or less. Subject t~
the right of way of the Dixie Highway as now located, which also
is designated as State Road No. 5, and as U. S. Highway No. 1,
except the east 150 feet thereof, to be re-zoned Commercial.
TRACT 2:
Lois 5, 6, 10, 1I, 12, 21 and 22 of Deweys Subdivision, and
Lots 8 to 13, .inclusive, Block 2, Civic Center Subdivision, to
be re-zoned Zone G.
TRACT 3: Lots 38 through 41, Block 8; Boynton Heights Addition, to be
re-zoned to Zone G.
TRACT 4: Lois 384 to 387, inclusive, Cherry Hills, to be zoned to permit
multiple dwellings.
SECTION 2. Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision
shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be effected but shall
remain in force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions: Alt ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
