AN ORDINANCE OF TI-IE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEI~t~/l
WITH AND PROVIDING A PENALTY ....
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned, as follows:
TRACT 1: All of the subdivision of NORTH RIDGE ESTATES, a subdivision
of Boynton Beach, in Section 9, Township 45. South, Range 43
East to be zoned to permit 900 square foot minimum single
family residences.
TRACT 2: Lots 13 to 18, inclusive, Block 2, PALM BEACH COUNTRY
CLUB ESTATES, to be zoned Light Industrial,
TRACT 3:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 20 an~d 21, Block 1; /"-
Lots 1, 2, 3, 18 and 19, Block 6;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 16 and 17, Bllock 7;
Lots 1, 20 3, 14 and 15, Block 12;.all in BOWERS PARK,
to be zoned Light Industrial. ~ .......
TRACT 4:
TRACT 5:
Lots 1, IA and 2, LEE MANOR ISLES, to be zoned Commercial.
The East 1/2 of the SE 1./4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 20, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, lying south
and west of the County Road right of way; also the West 1/4
of Lot 8, less the east 3 acres thereof, lying south of the
Boynton Road, Section 20, Township 45 South, Range 43 East,
to be zoned Commercial.
TRACT 6: Lots 1 and 2, BO~NTON HEIG!~TS ADDITION NO. 1, to be zoned to
permit multiple dwellings. ~
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable including word,clause, phrase or sentence, and if any provision
shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall -not be effected but shall
remain in force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
