AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY,
CREATING NEW ZONING AND/OR AMENDING AND
ZONING EXISTING ZONING C!ASSIFICATIONS;
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWIT~H.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
B~CH, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Lot !0, Block C, Pence-Subdivision No. 1,
as per Plat Book l, page 33, to be zoned
to allow multiple dwellings.
SECTION 2:
Lots I, 2, 3, 4, & 5, Block ~, CENTRAL.PARK
ANNEX, as in Plat Book 12, page 51;.
Lots !, 2, 3, !0., Ii & 12, Block DS-;
Lots 1 and 10, Block 1.8; Lots 1, 2, 7 & 8,

That all ordinances or parts of ordinances inso-
far as they may be znconszsten or in conflict
with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the
same are hereby repealed.
Any corporation, firm, agent or person violating
any section or sections of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdeameanor and subject to
a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 90 days or by such fine
