SeparabilitY- Each of the provisions-of this Ordinance are inseparable including word, clause, phrase or sentence and if any provision shall be declared invalid, the remaining portio~' shall not be effected but shall remain in force and effect. SECTION $. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are. hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Penalties. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of the violation of any of the terms or provisions of this ordinance may be fined in a sum not to exce.ed $500.00 or may be imprisoned within the discretion of the Trial Court.
