AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
t~ENDING ZONING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED~BY THE CITY CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLO%~:
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be rezoned and/or
zoned as f~
TRACT I: All of the subdiv~ision of SEA CREST ESTATES ko ~/
be zoned for 1200 square foot minim%nm single
family residenoes.
TRACT 2: All of the subdivision of WESTCHESTER HEIGHTS ~
to be zoned for 1500 square foot minimum single
family residences.
TPACT 8: All of the subdivision of VENETIAN ISLES, to be
zoned for 1200 square foot minimum single family
residences.
TRACT 4: Lots 8, 4 and 5, Block 1, LAK~ BOYNTON ESTATES to be zoned for Light Industrial.
SECTION 2. SEPARABILITY.
It is the intention of the City Council that each separate
provision of this ordinance shall be deemed independent of all o~her
provisions herein, and it is further the intention of the City Council
that if any provisions of this erdfnance be declared to be invalid, all
other provisions thereof shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 3. REPEALING PROVISIONS~ _ :
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. PENALTIES:

Any person, firm or corporation convicted of ~he vzolatze
of amy of the terms er provzs~on of this ordinance may be fined in a
sum not to exceed $500.00 or may be imprisoned for no~ more than
ninety (90) days, or may be both fined amd imprisoned within the
d~scretmo of the Trial Court
