AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
PROVIDING FOR NAXIHU%~ PENALTY FOR VIOLATING
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BOYN~N BEACH;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BO~TON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: ~Penaltie.s...
There shall be provided for violating of
any ordinances now existing so .as to change the penalty
provisions of all existing ordinances as follows:
Any person, firm or corporation convicted
for the violation of any such ordinances of said city
may be fined in a sum not to exceed $500.00 or may be
imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or may be both
fined and imprisoned within the discretion of the
trial court.
