be declared to be invalid, all other provisions thereof shall
remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 3. REPEALING PROVISIONS:
All ordinances or parts ofordinances' in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECT_ION 4. PENALTIES:
Any person, firm or corporation convicted of the
violation of any of the terms or provisions of this ordinance
may be fined in a s~am not to exceed $$00.00 or may be imprisoned
for not more than ninety (90) days or may be both fined and
imprisoned within the d' '
· scretion of the Trial Court.
