Re following parcels shall be rezoned and/or zoned, as follows: TRACT 1: TRACT 2: TRACT 3: ~hesubd/vxsion' ' of D~FEY HEIGHTS shall be zoned for single family residential with minimum 1250 square feet for said r esldence buildings. SECTION 3. REPEALING PROVISIONS: All ordinances or parts ofordinances' in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECT_ION 4. PENALTIES: Any person, firm or corporation convicted of the violation of any of the terms or provisions of this ordinance may be fined in a s~am not to exceed $$00.00 or may be imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or may be both fined and imprisoned within the d' ' · scretion of the Trial Court.
