O#284(a) ORDINANCE #28~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AMENDING ORDINANCE #205 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT-ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF ~dE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
