84-JJJA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING PLATS NO. 2 and NO. 3
OF THE MEADOWS 300, SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the final plats of The Meadows 300
Plat No. 2 and Plat No. 3 are hereby submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS~ performance and completion bonds are being
held in conjunction with The Meadows 300, Plats No. 2 and 3,
as listed below, to insure that required improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements,
No. P618562 - $454,012.25 Tract H (Plat 2) Improvements
No. P618563 - 562,715.30 Plat 2 Improvements
No. P618564 - 983,243.75 Plat 3 Improvements
No. P618565 - 25,480.00 Private Park Improvements
No. P618566 - 38,740.00 Off-site Improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Plats No. 3 and No. 3 of The
Meadows 300 are hereby resolved to have received final plat
approval by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
Section 2. That the bonds in the total amount of
$2,064,191.30 be held by the City in accordance with provisions
set forth in the Charter and Code of Ordinances for the City o~
Boynton Beach, Florida.
