84-III RESOLUTION NO. 84-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PER-
FORMANCE BOND FOR TRACEWOOD.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
Performance Bond, received from American Druggist Insurance Co.
-in the amount of $25,000, bond number 82728, for the water and
sewer improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Director'of Utilities concurred with this
request and has made his recommendation to release the bond
accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Performance Bond in the amount of
$25,000.00 is hereby released in the total amount of $25,000.00.
