A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING PERFOrmANCE BOND FOR
BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO. 1
WHEREAS, a request has been received including a
breakdown of bonded items and reflecting the percentage of
work completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Utilities
concurred with these amounts and have made their recommendations
to reduce the bond accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The surety bond in the amount of $124,328
previously reduced from $415,114 by Resolution No. 82-UU is
