84-TTA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFOrmANCE BOND FOR PLAT III OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 130 and 131
WHEREAS, Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
plat improvements for Plat III of Sky Lake except for sidewalks,
swales and street lights.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the reduction of performance bond for Plat III from $228,967.40
to $43~100.00.
