84-SSA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND REDUCING
THE PERFO~WLANCE BOND FOR PLAT II OF SKY LAKE
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 81, 82 and 83
WHEREAS, Article XII, Sections 1 and 2 of the City
Code requires the City to accept completed public improvements
for maintenance and operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts
plat improvements for Plat II of Sky Lake except for the Side-
walks, swales and street lights.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby authorizes
the reduction of performance bond for Plat II from $~21,411.65
to $52,000.00.
