A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING
NEW BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF THE VALUE OF
THE UNCOMPLETED BOND IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
MEADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 1, a P.U.D., IN
SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43
EAST, AMENDING IN PART RESOLUTION NO.
84-FF.
WHEREAS, certain improvements for the MEADOWS 300
remain uncompleted and Developer desires to post new bonds
therefor; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Resolution No. 84-FF provided
for a single bond in an incorrect amount and needs amending.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Performance Bond Number 800006 in the
amount of $749,892.88 will be released when an acceptable
~e bond for the remaining sidewalks, swales, and
private recreation facilities, including some landscaping, a
tennis court, a tot lot and a barbecue area, is received in
the following amounts for the following parcel:
A. Tracts A and B of Plat No. 1 in the amount of
$66,640.08 is posted by BOYNTON WEST
CORPORATION
B. Tracts C and D of Plat No. 1 in the amount of
$110,772.00 is posted by BABCOCK CO.
C. Recreation Area in the amount of $30,000 to be
posted by C & H PROPERTIES CO.
Section 2. Performance Bonds to be posted as above
described insuring the requirements of the above parties to
complete the improvements required in Tracts A, B, C and D
and the Recreation Area in Plat No. 1 of the Meadows 300.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect imme-
diately upon passage.
