A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING PERFOR~4ANCE BOND FOR
PRIVATE RECREATION FACILITIES FOR THE
CROSSINGS OF BOYNTON BEACH P.U.D. IN SECTION
15, TO%YNSHIP 45S, RANGE 43E, as recorded in
Plat Book 45, Pages 170 and 171 of the
Palm Beach County Records
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
performance bond for private recreational facilities for The
Crossings of Boynton Beach~ P.U.D. predicated on substantial
completion of the work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Recreation
concurred with these amounts and have made their recommendations
to reduce the bond accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The surety bond in the amount of $200,000 previously
posted with the City in conjunction with THE CROSSINGS OF BOYNTON
BEACHr P.U.D. is hereby reduced in lieu of a new performance bond
being furnished to the City of Boynton Beach to the amount of
$16,000.
