A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING.
COMPLETED IMPROVEMENTS AND ACCEPTING A
NEW BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF THE VALUE OF THE
UNCOMPLETED BONDED IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
MEADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 1, a P.U.D.~ IN
SECTION 7, TO~SHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, certain improvements for The Meadows 300,
Plat No. 1, have been satisfactorily completed and a certi-'
flcat±on from the Design Engineer received and a one year
guarantee from the Developer also received,
NOW, THEREFORE, be and it is hereby resolved by the
City Council of Florida:
Section I. The City of Boynton Beach accepts City
maintained improvements completed including streets, water and
sewer lines for maintenance and operation.
Section II. Performance Bond No.800006 in 'the amount
of $74.9,892.88 will be released when an acceptable performance
bond in the amount of $55,092 is received for the remaining
sidewalks, swales and private recreation facilities including
some landscaping, a tennis court, a tot lot and a barbecue
area.
