84-YRESOLUTION NO. 84-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING PERFO~NCE BOND FOR
DOS LAGOS P%U.D.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to reduce the
performance bond for Dos Lagos, P.U.D. to the value of the
uncompleted bicycle path, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer concurred with this amount
and has made a recommendation to reduce the bond accordingly,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Surety Bond in the amount of
previously posted with the City in conjunction with DOS LAGOS
P.U.D. is hereby reduced to the amount of $10,070.
