84-NA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED GP~NTING
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED THEREIN TO THE
LEROY PARKER AMERICAN LEGION POST ~288;
DIRECTING THE CiTY CLERK TO RECORD SAiD
SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED IN THE OFFICIAL
RECORDS IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,:
Section 1: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute that certain Special Warranty
Deed granting certain lands to the Leroy Parker Ym~erican Legion
Post No. 288, a copy of said deed being attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
Section 2: After execution of the same, the City
Clerk is hereby directed to record the same in the official
records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

as recorded in Plat Book 24 on pages 223 thru 226
inclusive, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
said part, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Tract "A";
thence on an assumed bearing of S-88°'42'-30"-E., along
the South line of said Tract "A,. a distance of 12.13
feet to an intersection with the East right-of-way line
of Interstate Highway Number 95, said intersection being
