A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING UTILITIES AND RELEASING
THE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BANYAN SPRINGS,
PLAT 7
WHEREAS, Appendix C, Article XII, Section 1 and 2
of the City Code states the requirements for the City to
accept completed improvements for maintenance and Operation;
and
WHEREAS, the utilities for Banyan Springs, Plat
7 have been inspected, tested and approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the
water and sewer lines from the Gigloitti Corporation for
Banyan Springs for operation and maintenance.
Section 2. The City of Boynton Beach hereby agrees
that the portion of the bond previously posted with the
Board of Commissioners for Palm Beach County in conjunction
with the utilities for Banyan Springs, Plat 7 may be
released subject to ratification by the Board of County
Commi s s ioners.
