83-AAAA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING
BONDS AND ACCEPTING SUBSTITUTE BONDS FOR
SKYLAKE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has in the past
accepted a performance bond in the amount of $35,605.00
submitted by HyLib, Inc., and a performance bond in the
amount of $49,255.00 submitted by HyLib, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, substitute original performance bonds for
the Skylake Subdivision in the amount of $35,605.00 and
$49,255.00 have been submitted by Oriole Homes Corporation
for the same purpose as the bonds submitted earlier by
HyLib.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach releases the two bonds previously submitted by HyLib,
Inc. and accepts the two substitute performance bonds sub-
mitted by Oriole Homes Corporation.
