A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
83-RRR TO INCLUDE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, RECREATIONAL & MUNICIPAL
BEACH FACILITIES BONDS GOB DEBT
SERVICE; RATIFYING AND REAFFIRMING THE
REMAINING PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION
83-RRR; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the required debt service appropriation
for the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Recreational &
Municipal Beach Facilities Bonds GOB issue was inadvertently
omitted at the time of the adoption of Resolution 83-RRR;
and
WHEREAS, the amount of said appropriation was con-
sidered by the Boynton Beach City Council during Budget
deliberations; and
WHEREAS, that debt service appropriation has been
previously allocated through the approved sale of the
Boynton Beach, Florida, Recreational & Municipal Beach
Facilities Bonds GOB Issue

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Resolution 83-RRR is
amended to add a Section 2.(a) which shall read as follows:
"Section 2.(a) There is hereby appropriated the
sum of $140,842 to the Sinking Fund."
Section 2. That the remaining provisions of
Resolution 83-RRR are hereby ratified and reaffirmed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect imme-
diately upon its passage.
