83-XXXA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION 83-QQQ TO INCLUDE CITY OF BOY~TON
BEACH, FLORIDA, RECREATIONAL & MUNICIPAL
BEACH FACILITIES BONDS GOB DEBT SERVICE
MILLAGE RATE; RATIFYING AND REAFFIRMING
THE REMAINING PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION
83-QQQ PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the required debt service millage for the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Recreational & Municipal
Beach Facilities Bonds GOB issue was inadvertently omitted
at the time of the adoption of Resolution 83-QQQ; and
WHEREAS, the amount of said millage was considered
by the Boynton Beach City Council during Budget
deliberations; and
WHEREAS, that debt service millage has been pre-
viously allocated through the approved sale of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, Recreational & Municipal Beach
Facilities Bonds GOB.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Resolution 83-QQQ is
amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby adopts 5.7239 mills
as the official Operating Millage of the City
and .1761 mills as the official Sinking Fund
Millage for a total Millage Rate of 5.9000 for
the 1983/84 Fiscal Year."
Section 2. That the remaining provisions of
Resolution 83-QQQ are hereby ratified and reaffirmed°
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect imme-
diately upon its passage.
