83-MMMA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RELEASING THE SIDEWALK BOND FOR
WOOLBRIGHT PLAZA
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-II accepted all the
improvements for maintenance and operation by the City and
released the bond of $178,791 subject to a performance bond for
$8,167.50 to assure construction of the sidewalks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
The City of Boynton Beach hereby accepts the sidewalks
within the public rights-of-way for operation and maintenance and
does hereby release the performance bond of $8,167.50.
