A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING ALL IMPROVEMENTS FOR
TRACT I OF THE THIRD SECTION OF GOLFVIEW
HARBOUR, SAID THIRD SECTION BEING A REPLAT
OF THE SECOND SECTION OF GOLFVIEW HARBOUR
SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 32, TOI~NSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST.
WHEREAS a $35,000 cash bond was posted on March 4,
1977 to assure completion of improvements required for Tract I
of the Third Section of Go!fview Harbour; and,
WHEREAS all of the improvements have been completed
and all but $1,000 of the $35,000 returned to the developer,
Mr. Norman Michael; and,
WHEREAS the palm trees in Southwest 27th Avenue are
now healthy,said $1,000 having been retained to guarantee their
health,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, to hereby return the
remaining $1,000 to Mr. Norman Michael, the developer.
