83-AAA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORID.A RELATIVE
TO CANCELLING OPERATIONS AGREEMENT OF THE
SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL WASTEWATER
TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD DATED AUGUST
23~ 1978.
WHEREAS~ the Operations Agreement for the operation
of the Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility calling for
the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Facility by the
City of Delray Beach, has in the past been agreed to by
Boynton Beach and has been in effect since August 23, 1978~
and
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wasterwater
Treatment and Disposal Board has voted to cancel this Operations
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the vote to cancel the Operations Agreement
represents the cuiumation of much study and analysis con-
cering treatment plant operations.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Boynton Beach City Council
does hereby vote to support the cancellation of the
Operations Agreement dated August 23, 1978, and approves the
cancellation of that agreement.
