A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR PHASE 1 OF AN
AREA OF LAKE BOYNTON ESTATES
WHEREAS, required improvements for Phase 1 of an area of
Lake Boynton Estates have been satisfactorily completed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The surety bond No. 82752 in the amount of
$65,403 previously reduced to $5,000 with resolution 83-K is
hereby released and improvements are accepted by the City for
maintenance and operation.
