83-XXA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING THE RECREATION FACILITIES PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR RIDGE POINT WOODS VILLAS.'AND ACCEPTING_A
$1,000 CASH BOND
WHEREAS, a request has been received including an
estimate of the value of incompleted work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Building Official and
Recreation Director have made their recommendations to reduce
the bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section t. The Performance Bond No. S-800130 in the
amount of $81,500 for recreational facilities previously reduced
to $12,225 by Resolution No. 83-N is hereby released and a $1,000
cash bond accepted to assure completion of the exercise path.
